Return Policy

Regular Shipping Options
Our shipping charges are based on estimates from the UPS website. Size and weight restrictions may change the ship rates; additional freight charges will be added to order for over-sized or overweight items. If additional shipping fees are required, we will contact you with a total before completing your order.

Coupon Orders
Free freight offers are good for ground shipments only. Free freight offers do not include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or International.

Free freight offers on implements, up to 500 miles, are calculated from the point of origin. In the event that additional shipping fees are required, we will contact you with a total before completing your order.

Back Orders
Most parts are in stock or available for shipment in 1-2 business days. Some special order parts may take longer. We work with nearly every major supplier and can get parts faster because of our huge buying power!

Special Orders
Special Order parts that are not in Stock can take approximately 6 - 14 days to get in. Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. Please Note, Returns are not allowable on special order accessories, parts or any product requiring oil or fuel.

Truck Freight Shipments
Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service runs between $75 and $100 dollars. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. Always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.)

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product. We have listed the necessary steps to do so below.

  • All products returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Midstate Turf and Tractor. You may obtain an RMA by calling Customer Service at (615) 667-1647 ext. 301.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost or disposed of.
  • Returns will not be accepted for the following or for other reasons.
    • Any product not purchased from
    • Any product that has been installed or used.
    • Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

Please Note: Any product returned to Midstate Turf & Tractor must be new, unused, complete, marked with a valid RMA, and less than 30 days after original invoice date. Anything else will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any return and charge a 30% processing charge for any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

All sales final on engines, short blocks, decks, electricals, manuals, gaskets, and on equipment that has been oil and gased.

Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair.

Shipping and Order Errors
Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered or either by our shipping error, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.
